Exams are a responsible and exciting moment for both school graduates, students, and their parents. During this period, it is especially important to feel good, be focused, and attentive. How can this be achieved?

Create a Proper Routine

The daily routine during the examination period should not differ from the usual one, do not think that if you sleep less, you will have time to learn or repeat more. It’s a delusion. Sleepless nights before exams lead to the fact that you are overworked, your attention will be scattered and you can forget even the material that you have learned well.

Eat Right

After all, it is nutritionpreparing for an exam that gives you the strength to exercise. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner should be balanced. Eat meat, fish, cheese, and dairy products. You need to eat every 3-4 hours. Avoid instant soups, fast foods, and soda. Do not eat during class as this can imperceptibly eat a fairly large amount of a variety of foods that will not benefit your body, and you should not go to the exam with an overflowing stomach. A light breakfast, the menu of which may include porridge, yogurt, juice, cottage cheese, cheese, will be a good help for a successful exam test.

Don’t Forget to Rest

If you feel tired, do not forcefully exercise. Relax, but not in front of a computer or TV, but go outside, take a shower, do exercises, eye exercises, or just talk with friends or family. It is advisable to take short rest breaks every 40-45 minutes. You should not give up your usual chores around the house, because changing activities is the best rest. But parties or excessive physical activity before exams should not be planned.

Plan Your Exam Preparation Time Correctly

Prepare your workplace. Remove all unnecessary things from the table that are not related to school. Start with the most difficult sections, and then, when the assimilation of the educational material deteriorates, move on to repeat the easier questions.

Do not prepare for anexam revision exam with music or television on. Productive mental activity is possible only in conditions of silence. It is useful to prepare for the exam in pairs, retelling each other the material covered. You can take mini-notes. The last day before the exam shouldn’t be stressful. Make sure you have all the learning materials covering areas that are likely to be tested in your exams.  These tips will help you pass your exams.
