when	July 13 - Aug 31 (3 weeks; girls go home July 24-27) Arrive 1:00-3:00p on first day; depart 5:00-6:00p on last day. 5:00p awards ceremony on last day.

description	This is an opportunity for mature, qualified young women to get on-the-job training working with children. It includes First Aid, child and leadership development, group dynamics and planning, counseling, outdoor skills, teaching techniques, and decision-making. You will use your skills working with younger campers in units and in special areas. Girls who complete CIT may be invited back Aug 3-8 to work as a Counselor Apprentice.
