Checking In and Out

Check-In Times
Please arrive between 1:00p and 3:00p on the first day of your program.

Check-In Procedures
A staff member will direct you to parking according to the program's unit assignment. Please leave your camper's gear in your vehicle. Then go to the check-in table at the side of the Craft Barn.

Health Supervisor Check-In
The Health Supervisor must check-in all campers. Bring camper's medications in their original containers with directions.

Unloading Gear
After check-in, you can retrieve your camper’s gear and settle her into her unit. Please ask staff members if you need help moving your camper’s gear.

Pictures
A professional photographer will take pictures of each unit during the week.  If you would like one, it must be ordered at check-in.  There are no photos of 3-day camps.

Listing the Check-Out Adult
At check-in, you will need to authorize an adult to pick the camper up at the end of the program.  This person will be on the Check-Out list, and other people will not be permitted to sign out the camper without a signed note and a call to the Camp Director.

Camper's Money
Deposit your camper's money at the Trading Post window in the Lodge.   The Trading Post sells sweatshirts, hats, stamps, T-shirts and other sundries. Campers will have a chance to visit the Trading Post during their sessions. The Trading Post does not sell food.

Check-Out Times
Adults picking up campers (see Listing the Check-Out Adult at left about signing girls out) should arrive between 5:00 and 6:00p on the closing day.  There is an awards ceremony at 5:00p which parents are encouraged to attend.

Check-Out Procedures
A staff member will direct you where to meet your camper, pick up her gear and park.

Signing Out Campers
Only the adult authorized for pick-up at check-in will be allowed to sign out the camper.  The pick-up adult must have a photo ID ready upon arrival. If the person was not put on the list at check-in, a note signed by the parent, giving her or him authority to take the child, must be presented, and the parent must call the Camp Director prior to check-out.
