Girl Scout Center in Plymouth is on 144
beautiful acres of woodlands between Little Long
Pond and Gallows Pond.
Extensive waterfront
facilities, a new basketball court, a boathouse, a climbing cave, a
challenge course, a fun run, a frog pond, nature
trails, an athletic field, three heated lodges,
an infirmary and a large dining hall are all
enjoyed by campers.

A 20’ indoor
climbing wall, a new high ropes course and a
huge, hands-on environmental discovery room are
in the Environmental Discovery Center.

Overnight summer
campers sleep on cots with mattresses in
spacious platform tents, in serene forest
settings. |

Meghan Schafer
is the Resident Camp Director at Camp
Wind-in-the-Pines. She has 20 years of Girl Scout and
camping experience. Her work managing the council’s
challenge and adventure programs ensures girls of all
levels varied opportunities to build character,
